Gardener

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Laborer to join our team at the Burnley Depot (Richmond). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality sporting fields and grounds.

Hours: 06:15 AM – 2:45 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Sporting fields and general grounds maintenance
• Earthmoving and soil work
• Turf care and mowing
• General laboring and outdoor duties
• Raking, mulching, carrying tools and assisting trades
• Repetitive manual handling and standing for prolonged periods
• End-of-day pack-up duties

Requirements:

• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing all duties
• Valid driver's license and driving experience – Mandatory
